1. Return & Exchange Policy
We provide a 3-day return and exchange policy from the date of receipt for all items except customized products. To request a return or exchange, please contact our sales consultant via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the product. If WhatsApp is unavailable, you can email us (contact details are available in our About Us & Contact Us section).

2. Return Process
We will provide the return instructions within 24 hours. Once we receive the returned item, a refund or replacement will be processed within 10 business days.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Products: If the product is damaged, lost, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs, including any reshipping fees.
  • No-Reason Returns: For returns due to size issues or personal preferences, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refunds or replacements.

4. Quality Checks Before Shipping
Before shipment, we send photos and videos of the product detailing the item, quantity, and measurements. Please confirm these details via WhatsApp or email if you don’t use WhatsApp. If we do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, we will proceed with shipping.
